How we run an office move in Indianapolis
It starts with a planning meeting. One of our moving consultants works through every part of the move with you, from the first room to the last. If it helps, our staff will also meet your employees before the day and explain what they need to do, so the move causes as little disruption as possible.
Before anything is lifted, files, offices and equipment are labeled and coded to a plan agreed in advance. Office furniture is taken apart and put back together as part of the move, and a supervisor stays on site at both locations to keep the move to plan.
The crew are our own employees, not day laborers, and the fleet is equipped for objects of all shapes and sizes. We supply a full line of boxes and packing materials, with crating for specialty items, and Soft Touch also offers packing services, so your team does not have to pack the office. Secure storage is available if your business needs it.
