Soft Touch works out of two offices: 3150 S. Walnut St. in Bloomington (812-333-4755) and 5136b E 65th St. in Indianapolis (317-284-1900). Who turns up on moving day
Your furniture is carried by professional movers we employ, never day laborers picked up for the job. On a local move, taking furniture apart and putting it back together again is part of the hourly rate.
Storage you book, not a storage unit
We are not a self-storage company. Belongings we store stay wrapped and padded in our facility, which has 24-hour alarmed protection. To get to them, you make an appointment, and an access fee is charged. Our moving and storage page explains how a move with storage in the middle works.
Estimates and advice
Estimates are free. One given over the phone or by email is not binding; a binding estimate needs an onsite visit and a signed scope of work. Some people only need advice, such as how to handle a cross-country move they plan to do themselves. We can help plan that too, even when you do not need our packing or moving crew.
For moves across state lines, we operate under U.S. DOT No. 707793 and MC-331362, authorized by the FMCSA to carry household goods.
